PURPOSE:To quicken the information transfer by constituting the information network for control information transfer managing by controlling each manufacturing equipment of a work station and the information network for work result information independently by separating respectively. CONSTITUTION:A production line 10 is equipped with the main network 12 consisting of the optical fiber cable connected to a computor 16 for production control, etc., and the subnet works 14a-14c on each assembly line 13a-13c connected via data managers 18a-18c. This sub-network 14a-14c is connected with the control panels 20a-20c, sequencers 22a-22c executing the centralized control of the control contents of each work station ST, the position and speed of a self-traveling truck. The main network 12 connects the line side computors 24a-24g having monitor displays 23 and computor 26, 28 for control and monitors by controlling the operation state, the transition of accumulated production quantity, quality, etc. Consequently, the information transfer can be performed at high speed. |
