PURPOSE:To attain the increase in the number of digits of a count value and a reference point number and the change in the reference value easily, by storing the reference value in a memory in advance, program-counting an input pulse with a bit-slice type CPU and comparing the pulse with the reference value. CONSTITUTION:The bit-slice type CPU4 stores the reference values M1-1-M1-N, M2-1-M2-N supplied from a control CPU1 to a memory 5. Input pulse trains P1, P2 are counted by using the memory 5. Every time when the result of count of the P1 is coincident with the reference values M1-1-M1-N and that of the P2 is coincident with the reference values M2-1-M2-N, the CPU4 supplies a signal (coincidence signal) representing the result of coincidence to the CPU1 for control via an interface 3. |
