摘要 A description is given of a method and a device for the determination of the Z value proportional to the torque of a human knee, according to which the binding of downhill skis is set. For the exact, time-saving determination of the Z value without external help, a weighing device (10) for the determination of the weight of a skier, a length measuring device (12) for the determination of the bodily height of the skier, a second length measuring device (14) for the determination of the sole length of the ski boot of the skier, an input keyboard (36) for the input of the age and of the experience of the skier and a computer (28) connected to the devices (10, 12, 14) and the keyboard (36) are provided. Stored in the computer (28) there is a classification table which classifies Z values in accordance with body weight, body height, boot sole lengths, age and experience. Connected to the computer (28) is a printer (40) with which the Z value of the skier using the device is printed out. In this way, an exact and time-saving determination of the Z value is possible without external help, so that the danger of accident during the downhill (skiing) is reduced with correspondingly set and tested ski bindings. <IMAGE>
