PURPOSE:To facilitate automatic starting, by detecting abnormal discharging phenomenon by a light detector, stopping both a discarge keeping power source and a trigger power source once, thereafter restoring them, and repeating this operation every time the abnormal discharge occurs. CONSTITUTION:The third light detector 22 is provided along a light path connecting anodes 6 and 7, and the abnormal dishcarge is detected. The detected signal of said third light detector is supplied to a control circuit 23 together with the detected signals of first and second light detectors 11 and 12. When the third light detector 22 has detected the light, the control circuit 23 regards this as the abnormal discharge and perfomrs the control so as to stop both the discharge keeping power source 9 and the trigger power source 10. |
