PURPOSE:To provide a cosmetic composed of a base paper, a cosmetic-holding sheet coated with an adhesive at the front surface and bondable to the base paper at the back surface and a powdery cosmetic composition tableted in the form of a thin film and pressed to the surface of the adhesive on the front surface of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:The base paper 2 of the objective sample 1 of a powdery makeup cosmetic is produced by using a rectangular sheet made of pulp paper or synthetic resin, folding the sheet in two to form a base paper part 2A and a cover part 2B and forming an opening 2C on the cover part 2B. A cosmetic holding sheet 3 is placed on a releasing paper 7 and a ring-shaped female mold is placed on the releasing sheet in a state to encircle the holding sheet. A powdery cosmetic is filled in the female mold and compression-molded with a male mold to form a powdery solid cosmetic 6'. The cosmetic holding sheet 3 is peeled off from the releasing paper 7 by pulling a tag 3B and bonded to a prescribed position on the base paper part 2A to obtain the objective sample 1. Since the cosmetic is produced without using a volatile solvent, a sample or a disposable cosmetic having the same quality as practically commercialized product can be produced. |
