摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease manufacturing process and to heighten workability, as well as to decrease the number of parts, by unitarily assembling an air rate controlling device in a fan mechanism, in a liquid fuel combustion apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A motor 25 is fixed to the primary fan case 17 with metal fittings 26, 26. The edge of a fitting hole 43 of the primary turbo-fan 23 is abutted against a holder pipe 47 which is fixed to the motor shaft 21, then another holder pipe 48 is fitted to the holder pipe 47, and then the secondary fan case 28, in which a solenoid 34 and other parts are previously assembled, is fitted to the primary fan case 17. Next the edge of a fitting hole 44 of the secondary turbo fan 24 is abutted against the afore-said holder pipe 48, and a nut 58 is screwed in the end of said motor shaft 21, with a washer 57 interposed between them. Both turbo-fans 23 and 24 are fitted to the motor shaft 21 by taking these procedures. After that the tertiary fan case 37 is put on bottom of the secondary fan case 28. Assembling of a fan mechanism with an air controlling device is completed by tightening the primary, the secondary, and the tertiary fan cases 17, 28, and 37 with screws 59, 59....
