PURPOSE:To obtain the suspension device of an upper surface plate having an extremely small deflection tendency by properly setting the inner and outer weight ratio centering around the hanging position of the upper surface plate and the position thereof. CONSTITUTION:A suspending position 6a is arranged in plural places on the circumference of the suspending position diameter D of an upper surface plate 1 and a scraping part 10 is formed a lot at adequate intervals on the outer peripheral part of a surface plate 1a and the total weight to be scraped is taken in W3. In case of taking the scraping total weight W3 of the scraping part 10 of the surface plate 1a as W3=(0-0.15)XW for the total weight W of the upper surface plate 1, in the upper surface plate 1, the optimum suspension state, namely the min. deflection state is obtd. In such case, the weight relation of the weight Wa of the upper surface plate 1 of the inner side than a suspension position diameter D and the weight Wb of the upper surface plate 1 of the outside is Wb=(1-1.2)XWa. |
