<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate harmful influence on a weld zone and unnecessary wire member loss by providing at least one base seat, projecting in the direction from one girdle part to the other girdle part via a connecting part, in a rectangular frame and providing at least one column of projection in parallel with the girdle parts on the base seat. CONSTITUTION:Parallel two girdle parts 31 and 32 are connected to each other at their sides by coupling segments 33 and 34 to form a rectangular frame, and a base seat 4 is provided in each frame via a connecting part 3 in a configuration that the base seat 4 extends laterally from the girdle part 31. A column of projection 6 is provided at the extremity 5 of the base seat 4 nearly in parallel with the girdle part 31. The projection 6 is for welding wire member 8 consisting of thin wires 7. The surface of the projection 6 may be flat, but a recess can be formed on the projection by which the wire members 8 consisting of six thin wires 7, with a diameter of 120mum for example, can be fixed rigidity. Thus, very homogeneous contact welding can be effected without shifting the thin wires during the welding, and stable welding strength can be obtained as to individual wire members.</p> |
