<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate welding on the branch section of an inner pipe by providing a T-jointing pipe by welding between the ends of cut inner pipes and connecting the branch pipe of the inner pipes by welding to the T-jointing pipe. CONSTITUTION:A double-pipe branch section is so constructed that a T-jointing pipe 5 provided between the ends of cut inner pipes 1 is welded to the pipe 5 at weld joints 1a, 1a a branch pipe 2 is connected to the mid-pipe of the T-jointing pipe 5 at weld joint 2a, cut outer pipes 3 are connected to each other at weld joint 3a, and a branch pipe 4 is connected to each of cut sections of the outer pipe at weld joints 3b. Accordingly, the inner pipes 1 and their branch pipe 2 can be welded together easily since they are welded before the outer pipes 3 are connected together. Also, man-hour can be reduced since a commercial T-jointing hardware, etc., can be used as T-jointing pipe 5 for connecting the inner pipes 1 and branch pipe 2 together.</p> |
