PURPOSE:To take heat balance of a screw section and an injection plunger section easily and enhance metering accuracy and injection accuracy by inserting the injection plunger of the same core as a material storage chamber in a plasticization cylinder and providing a communication line to communicate the screw end side with the material storage chamber at the time of retracting the injection plunger. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder main body 1A and an attachment 1b are respectively of same shape and can be controlled respectively almost to the same temperature by temperature sensors 15 and 16 and heaters 17 and 16, and the end side of a screw hole 3 is communicated with a material storage chamber 11 in an injection nozzle 10 by a simple communication line 14 provided in the attachment 1b. Thus, heat balance of the plasticization cylinder 1 can be easily taken by inserting a screw 19 and an injection plunger 20 in the same plasticization cylinder 1, making the material storage chamber 11 side end to be able to open and close and providing a communication line 14 to communicate the end side of the screw 19 with the material storage chamber 11 at the time of opening in the plasticization cylinder 1. |
