PURPOSE:To manufacture a film of superior transparency and uniform gloss by extruding a composition composed mainly of given weight of vinylidene fluoride resin and methacrylic acid ester, retaining the given surface temperature of a cooling roll and blowing compressed air of given temperature. CONSTITUTION:A film 6 constituted mainly of 95-50pts.wt. of vinylidene fluoride and 5-50pts.wt. of methacrylic acid ester resin is wound around a cooling roll 3 retained at the given temperature, and compressed air is sprayed from a spraying opening 2. The surface temperature of the cooling roll 3 should be set at 40-120 deg.C, preferably in the range of 50-100 deg.C to secure bonding properties to the cooling roll 3 for the purpose of obtaining transparency and uniform gloss of the film 6, and then the temperature of compressed air should be 120 deg.C or lower, preferably in the range of 10-80 deg.C for the purpose of preventing the film 6 from getting drawndown and shortage of transparency generated by the acceleration of crystallization. |
