A subatmospheric-pressure source (14) is provided, which is connected to the highest point of the container (1). The container (1) otherwise has an outlet flap (20) for opening and closing the outlet (18). Arranged in the region of the highest point of the container (1), to which the subatmospheric-pressure source (14) is connected, is a valve (10) which closes in the suction direction.
