PURPOSE:To obtain a deodorizing or antiodorous effect over a long period of time by incorporating porous microcapsules having superfine pores sealed with an antiodorous agent or deodorant into an adhesive agent to stick the marking material to a fabric. CONSTITUTION:The microcapsules 10 are formed by dispersing particles 14 consisting of the deodorant or antiodorous agent into an ethyl silicate or metal alkoxide soln., then adding a sol-gel catalyst and completing a hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction. The microcapsules 10 are then agitated and mixed with a binder 20 and the mixture is printed on a fabric surface 24 to a desired design shape by a method such as printing using a silk screen 22. As a result, the flocked design consisting of short fibers is formed on the fabric surface 24. The material formed in such a manner is the mark material. The particles consisting of the deodorant or antiodorous agent evaporate gradually from the superfine pores of the microcapsules 20 and, therefore, the deodorizing or antiodorous effect is obtd. over a long period of time. |
