摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain an optical printing head without using multilayer structure by connecting mutual separate cathode of cathode groups by wirings formed to a meandering shape while crossing the array of the cathodes on a back substrate. CONSTITUTION:N cathodes 33 are formed onto a back substrate 31 are regular pitches. Anodes 39 composed of the transparent electrodes of the same number as the number of cathode groups 37 acquired by dividing n cathodes 33 at every (m) are shaped onto a front substrate 35. Respective anode 39 has width as common anodes to the (m) cathodes of corresponding cathode groups. Each cathode 33 is connected by wirings 41 formed onto the back substrate 31 to a meandering shape. Emission regulating films 43a, 43b are formed in regions except the cathodes in the back substrate 31, and sections among the films are employed as light-emitting sections. A desired emission pattern can be acquired by applying respective anode data signal.</p>
