<p>Luciferase having the amino acid sequence of Fig. 1 and a gene coding it are disclosed. In addition, a recombinant vector DNA wherein the luciferase-coding gene is connected to the downstream portion of a promoter capable of expressing in each host cell, a transformant obtained by transforming each host cell by the vector DNA, and a process for preparing luciferase using such transformants are also disclosed.</p> |
