PURPOSE:To provide the title compact, simple roaster so designed that a fish- pasted material is made to adhere to the outer peripheral surface of a band-like disc and to rotate, and roasted by plural arc-shaped heating elements provided so as to cover said peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 24 is fixed on the upper frame 20 of a mount frame 12, and a band-like disc 14 is rotatably supported on said bearing 24 through a rotary shaft 26. This disc 14 is made to rotate and a fish-paste material is fed onto the disc through a feed part 16 provided in proximity to the circumference of said disc and made to adhere to the outer peripheral surface of said disc. Then, this fish-paste product is heated and roasted by plural heating elements 18 (e.g., nichrome wires) connectedly fixed on the mount frame 12 and provided in an arc-shaped manner so as to cover the outer periphery of said disc in close proximity thereto, thus obtaining the objective thin skin for fish-paste products such as steamed fish-paste cakes. |
