<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently perform assembly by arranging a changing part assembly process, mounting uncommon parts in accordance with a vehicle kind and specification, branching from a fixed part assembly process and suitably moving a vehicle to the fixed part assembly process or to the changing part assembly process by a conveying truck. CONSTITUTION:A process control computer 8, inputting an end signal of the machinery in each stage, outputs this information to a central communication station 7, and being based on this information, an unmanned conveyer truck 6 is successively moved to a stage finishing work on an assembly line, efficiently performing assembly of equipment parts to a vehicle. While in constitution of the assembly line, a changing part assembly process 5, mounting a part in accordance with a vehicle kind and specification, is arranged branching from further independently of a fixed part assembly process (main equipment line) 2, and the vehicle is even moved by the unmanned conveyer truck 6. Consequently, even when the specification is added and changed or reduced, this specification change can be easily performed with no influence given to the other process, while even arrangement of the process 5 in this time can be selected in a wide range.</p> |
