<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize potential and to eliminate limitation in point of time by providing an equivalent resistance circuit at the output part of a dynamic operation circuit. CONSTITUTION:The equivalent resistance circuit 10 is provided between a third power source terminal 9 and an output terminal 2. And the value of the equivalent resistance circuit 10 is aimed so as to be set at the one less than that of the path of a leak current even if an off-leak current in a transistor connected to a dynamic electrical charge holding part or the leak current in a joining part exists. In such a way, it is possible to keep the potential at the time of performing a dynamic operation stably, and to eliminate the limitation in point of time at the time of holding a signal at a register or a latch at the next stage.</p> |
