摘要 PURPOSE:To enable output intensity ratio of laser to be adjusted by providing a grid where a fine hole part is formed at an opening part located nearly opposing to an auxiliary anode provided at a hollow cathode for allow voltage given to a main anode and the auxiliary anode to be controlled independently. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary anode 16 is provided at the edge part of an auxiliary discharge part 15. Then, two auxiliary discharge parts and two auxiliary anodes 16 are also provided. A hollow cathode 17 is cylindrical. Then, nearly circular openings 18 and 19 are provided at a position facing a main anode 14 and the auxiliary anode 16. Also, a grid 20 where a small hole part is formed is providing at the opening part 19 facing the auxiliary anode 16. Also, voltage applied to the main anode 14 and the auxiliary anode 16 can be independently controlled. When a proper voltage is applied to the main anode 14 of the hollow cathode type laser device thus constituted, white laser oscillates. Then, a proper voltage is added to the auxiliary anode 16 to allow output ratio of three primary colors to be varied.
