PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a kneaded noodle dough at the outlet part by extending a 1st guiding face from the inner wall of a cylinder in the connecting direction of the rotary side of a rotary shaft and placing a 2nd guiding face extending almost parallel to the 1st guiding face. CONSTITUTION:Powder is dropped from a powder feeding port 5 of a powder feeder 1 to a powder inlet port 7 by the motion of a powder feed motor 3 synchronized with the ejection of kneading water from an ejection nozzle 13 and the dropped powder is transferred toward the inside of a cylinder 6 by the action of a screw blade 10. Kneading water is sprayed against the powder near the inner wall of the cylinder 6 and the powder is uniformly kneaded with the kneading water by the action of beater blades 11...11. The kneaded mixture of the powder and the kneading water is introduced toward the outlet port 8 by the beater blades 11...11. The mixture transferred to the outlet part 8 is guided by the 1st guiding face 8a and the 2nd guiding face 8b, dropped between a pair of roller members 35a, 35b, rolled by the rotation of the roller members 35a, 35b in the direction of the arrow around the rotational shafts 36a, 36b and delivered to a noodle slitting step. |
