PURPOSE:To obtain the subject inexpensive composition, containing a polyamide- imide resin, amino resin and organic liquid, etc., at a specific ratio and capable of forming films exhibiting excellent adhesion even if exposed to heat (water) for a long period. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing (A) a polyamide-imide resin preferably obtained from trimellitic acid (reactive acid derivative thereof) and a diamine or diisocyanate, (B) an amino resin consisting of preferably melamine, benzoguanamine, etc., (C) an organic liquid consisting of preferably an aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, water, etc., functioning as a solvent or dispersion medium of the components (A) and/or (B) and, as necessary, (D) a catalyst consisting of (poly)carboxylic acid, ethanolamine, etc., at a ratio so as to provide 0.020-0.28 weight ratio of the components [(B)/(A+B)]. |
