PURPOSE:To provide a titled recorder which can obtain a printing of high quality by providing an ink heating light emitting unit which emits the medium to be recorded with dots and shortening the ink fixing time in high resolution and reducing the apprehension of contaminating the surface to be printed. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting unit 10 which emits the ink on the surface to be recorded and heats it is provided on the passage of a recording sheet 3 formed with dots 16 by a recording head. The length of xenon lamp 11 is set substantially equally to the effective width of the sheet 3, and the printed characters of one line are simultaneously heated. The effective emitting width (L) on the sheet 3 of the unit 10 is set to a length which covers all dots 16 such as seven dots of one column. |
