PURPOSE:To control a motor driver circuit so that the value of phase difference is brought to a specified value close to zero by outputting t as phase difference when the arrival time difference t of reference pulses and servo pulses is brought to T1/2 (T1: the period of reference pulses) or less and ( t-T1) as phase difference when t is brought to T1/2 or more. CONSTITUTION:A phase comparison processing section 17 subtracts the arrival time tr of reference pulses from the arrival time tp of speed servo pulses, and obtains time difference t. Time difference t and T1/2 (T1 represents the period of reference pulses) are compared, and ( t-T1/2) is output as a phase difference signal when t>=1/2 holds and t as a phase difference signal when <T1/2 holds. A motor driver circuit is controlled by an error Ep between the phase difference signal and aimed phase difference. Accordingly, the value of the phase difference of servo pulses and reference pulses can be controlled so as to be brought to a specified value close to zero. |
