PURPOSE:To ensure a stable measurement of radiation quantity, by fixing two sheets of electrode plates at their one sides. CONSTITUTION:Electrode plates 2 and 3 are fixed at their one sides by a support stage 1 and stored in a support case 4. The other ends of the plates 2 and 3 move in the same direction to the expansion and contraction due to the temperature, and a space region between the plates 2 and 3 receives no effect. Therefore, an ionized current due to a temperature does not change. This enables a stable measurement of the radiation quantity. |
