PURPOSE:To make it possible to withstand abrupt change in load upon independent operation by maintaining the total of power values detected by first and second detection means substantially constant at all times, and controlling the power to be supplied to the lead following the fluctuation of load, thereby using the dammy load. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a first detection means 7 for detecting the power to be supplied to a load 3, a dammy load 5 to be supplied with the output power from a fell cell PC1, a second detection means 8 detecting the power to be supplied to the load 5 and a control means 9 maintaining the total of power values detected by the first and second detection means substantially constant at all times and controlling the power to be supplied to the load following the fluctuations of the load 3. With this arrangement, a load power (PLOAD) and dammy load power (PDL) are detected and PDL is controlled according to the fluctuations of PLOAD so that PLOAD + PDL becomes constant. It is thus possible to prevent influence of load fluctuations to a FC process system and to follow the abrupt change in load upon single operation of fuel cell. |
