PURPOSE:To reduce a control traffic and to effectively use a frequency by building in a moving sensor to generate a detecting signal to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is moved and to control to permit a position registration with a detecting signal from the moving sensor. CONSTITUTION:When oscillation and acceleration are added to a mobile sensor built in a mobile terminal, a weight 13 fixed to a wire 11 is brought into contact with a conductor fixing wall 12, a current flows at the electric circuit composed of 'battery - wire 11 - weight 13 - resistance 16 - battery 9' and charged into a capacitor 15. The charged voltage appears at a terminal 17 and this is fetched into a CPU 6. The mobile terminal itself acknowledges that it is moving presently by the oscillation at the time of walking. The CPU 6 to acknowledge the movement turns ON a transmitter 3, the self-identifying signal is read from an IDROM 7 and by a frequency generating circuit 5, a position registering request signal is sent. Thus, only when necessary, a position registering signal is transmitted, therefore, the exchange of the control signal is reduced and traffic of the radio frequency is reduced. |
