A compound of the formula: <IMAGE> wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom or a methyl group and R2 is as C1-C3 alkyl group, a C1-C5 alkoxy group, a chloro(C2-C4)alkoxy group, a dichloro(C2-C4)alkoxy group, a cyclo(C3-C7)alkoxy group, a phenoxy group, a C1-C5 alkylthio group or a di(C1-C5)alkylamino group, which is useful as a herbicide.
