PURPOSE:To simplify the preparation of specification, and to attain the preparation of the specification of high reliability without leakage by discriminating an achievable condition and an unachievable condition out of conditions which can be obtained in a system. CONSTITUTION:A storing means 120 is provided to store the control condition and control sequence of respective units, which constitute the system, and an extracting means 100 is provided to extract all the conditions of the system which is composed of all the combination of the control conditions. An identifying means 700 is provided to identify the control condition, in which can be generated on the basis of sequence information to be stored in the storing means 120, and the other control condition out of all the combination of the control conditions. Thus, since the achievable condition and unachievable condition can be discriminated out of the conditions which can be obtained in the system, the preparation of the specification is specified and the specification of the high reliability can be prepared without leakage. |
