PURPOSE:To prevent the lack of a lubricant in an internal peripheral part during the high speed rotation of a magnetic disk by composing an annular spacer positioned on the annular section between a rotation axis and a disk substrate of non-magnetic porous ceramics containing the liquid lubricant. CONSTITUTION:An annular spacer 3 positioned between a disk substrate 1, where a magnetic paint film obtained by linking magnetic powders by a thermosetting resin is formed, and a rotation axis 2 is sufficiently soaked into the lubricant, and the annular spacer 3 is made into the porous ceramics so that the lubricant infiltrates during the use of the magnetic disk 1 little by little for a long time. Consequently, the lubricant infiltrates out of the annular spacer 3 little by little, and it is supplied through the surface of the magnetic disk 1 to the internal peripheral paint film. Thus, the lubricant in the internal peripheral part is prevented from being insufficient during the high-speed rotation of the magnetic disk 1. |
