PURPOSE:To enable a comfortable air conditioned feeling to be maintained even under a condition in which a balanced capability may not be kept only with a capability control of a heat exchanger of a heat source and a capacity control of a compressor by a method wherein an auxiliary heat exchanger at a heat source is connected in parallel with a heat exchanger of a heat source together with a plurality of heat exchangers of users side and each of the heat exchangers is changed over between an evaporation cycle and a condensing cycle, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary heat exchanger 9 at a heat source is arranged together with a plurality of heat exchangers 7 and 7 at users side in respect to a heat exchanger 3 at a heat source. Due to this fact, even in case that a capability required in the heat exchanger 3 at the heat source is quite low and the capability may not be metered only with a control over a degree of opening of a flow rate controlling mechanism 4, a capacity of a compressor 1 is not controlled and a balanced capability of the auxiliary heat exchanger 9 at the heat source can be attained and then a comfortable air conditioned feeling can be maintained. |
