PURPOSE:To temporarily separate a personal computer main body from a monitoring system and to effectively use the personal computer by adding an external storage for temporary storage to the connecting part of the personal computer. CONSTITUTION:A personal computer 1 and an input and output device 4, which is connected to a device 5 to be monitored and collects data, are provided, a connecting device 2 to input the collecting data from this input and output device 4 to the personal computer 1, and an auxiliary storage 6 to be connected to this connecting device 2 and to once store the collecting data are provided. Thus, while the collecting data are inputted to the auxiliary storage 6, the personal computer 1 can be separated from the connecting device 2 and effectively used a the general personal computer during the inputting of the data. |
