PURPOSE:To aim at prevention against a leak of water in strengthening the fitting of counterparts by fitting a male type part in a mold of a female type connection member joined and clamped to an edge to be connected and interposed with a thermofusion type bonding agent in the mold, and heating and fusing this bonding agent interposed in the female mold. CONSTITUTION:Each of water-pass buffer layers 2a, 2b is pointed to each surface of water-repellent sheets 1a, 1b being made contact with natural ground and anchored to primary covering concrete 3 with nails 4a, 4b. In addition, a sheet part 12 of a connection member 10 is fused and anchored to an end edge of the water-repellent sheet 1a on one side in advance, and a sheet part 7 of a connection member 5 is anchored as well to an end edge of the sheet 1b on the other. Then, an opening, where a pair of projecting pieces 8a, 8b are fitted in, is formed by a female-male connection 11, and engaging edges 14a, 14b engaging hooked engaged parts 9a, 9b and thermofusion type binders 16a, 16b are all interposed between both sides of the inmost part. With this constitution, sheet fusion or the like at a job site is omitted, thus operation efficiency is improvable. |
