<p>A membrane diffusion panel for distributing air in a filtered environmentally controlled enclosure. The panel includes a translucent support panel having a plurality of apertures extending therethrough, the panel comprising at least 50% open area for allowing air passage. A translucent porous membrane sheet is mounted on the support panel, the membrane sheet comprising a structure of continuous filament fibres. The membrane sheet is porous and provides a predetermined resistance to flow of the air so that the membrane diffusion panel cooperates to provide uniform air flow through the environmentally controlled enclosure.</p> |
