<p>PURPOSE:To prevent start of an unexpected operation due to an erroneous input by displaying correspondent information on a position on a display screen to correspond to a contact position when contact pressure is low, and outputting the contact position to an electronic equipment when the contact pressure is high. CONSTITUTION:A pressure detector 4 is provided to detect pressure when a finger is touched on a touch panel 1 and a position detector 5 is provided to detect a touched coordinate position. Then, a pressure judging device 6 is provided to judge whether obtained touch position information are outputted to an electronic equipment main body CPU or not on the basis of the pressure value detected by the pressure detector 4. Accordingly, when touch pressure is low, the low pressure is displayed on a display screen 2, but only when the touch panel is strongly pushed, position data are outputted to the electronic equipment. Thus, the operation of unexpected processing can be prevented from being executed by the erroneous input.</p> |
