PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a large-scale driving mechanism by fixedly disposing vessels for reagents, samples, etc., along a circular moving route and constituting a probe in such a manner that the probe can be moved back and forth along the circular moving route and in the radial direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rotary cylinder 7 is rotated by a motor 10 to move the probe 3 to the position above the aperture of the vessel for the reagent to be sucked and dispensed. A piezo-pump 23 and a solenoid valve 13 are operated in this state to suck the required amt. of the reagent. A motor 8 is then run reverse to rise the probe 3 to above the vessel 2. The rotary cylinder 7 is rotated by the motor 10 to reset the probe 3 to the position above a washing water vessel 1. A piston 4 is advanced in this angle position by a cylinder 5 to move the probe 3 to the position above a reaction vessel 16. The piezo-pump 12 and the solenoid valve 13 are then operated to discharge the reagent in the probe 3 into the reaction vessel 16. |
