发明名称 METHOD FOR BOILING SPAGHETTI NOODLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To boil spaghetti in a glossy and tasty state with moderate springiness by boiling a prescribed amount of water in a pressure vessel in an opened lid state, then charging the spaghettis and NaCl and heating the spaghettis in a closed lid state for a specific time. CONSTITUTION:A pressure vessel containing a prescribed amount [gram (g)] of water injected thereinto in an opened lid state is heated to boil the above- mentioned water. Spaghettis at a specific g ratio to the mount of water are then quickly charged into the vessel while being extended into a fan shape and NaCl at a specific g ratio to the amount of water is simultaneously charged thereinto. The afore-mentioned pressure vessel is in a closed lid state and heated for about 5min. Furthermore, the g ratio of the water to the spaghetti noodles and NaCl is preferably 5000:1000:1<2.
