PURPOSE:To reduce labor for manufacture, installing operation, and registering operation of a printing plate by enabling the plate to be formed directly from an image data on a printing machine. CONSTITUTION:A digital image data is divided into pieces of data corresponding to respective primary colors and is processed by operation. Above-mentioned image data is converted to a non-image area data to be magnetized and is sent to a magnetic head 2 to magnetize a part corresponding to the non-image area of a magnetic drum 1. Dampening water composed of aqueous magnetic fluid is supplied from a dampening water feeder 3 and is stuck to the non-image area with magnetic force of the magnetized non-image area. Then, ink to be supplied with an ink feeder 5 is stuck to the non-image area with no dampening water. The ink of a printing area of a surface of the magnetic drum 1 is transferred to the surface of a blanket cylinder 7 and is, further, when printing paper from a paper feeder 9 passes through an impression cylinder 8 and the blanket cylinder 7, transferred to the printing paper to perform printing. |
