<p>NEW MATERIAL:A highly metastatic mouse carcinoma cell SqC-NH-F-3 which is an attaching cell in in-vitro cultivation, originated from DS-NH mouse and transplantable to DS-NH mouse. USE:A material for the screening of cancer metastatic suppressing agent, carcinostatic agent, etc., and for the research of the type of cancer metastasis. PREPARATION:Cloned cell F-3 of the objective highly metastatic mouse carcinoma cell SqC-NH can be produced, e.g., by collecting a tumor tissue of squamous cell carcinoma SqC-NH of DS-NH mouse (a nude mouse), culturing the tissue for 7-10 days in a medium containing 20% bovine fetus serum, transferring only the floating cells of the proliferated cells exclusive of attaching cells into a culture flask, subjecting the cell to subculture to obtain 6 kinds of parent strains A, B, C, D, F and R and monoclonizing the parent strain F by limiting dilution analysis.</p> |
