<p>PURPOSE:To perform picture recording and sound recording selectively by controlling the picture recording and the sound recording by an identification signal by the mode of receiving voice. CONSTITUTION:A picture signal 10 of the output of a picture reception part 1 and a voice signal 20 of the output of a voice reception part 2 are sent to a picture and sound recording part 3. The reception part 3 identifies the mode of the receiving voice separately from the signal 20, and comprises an identification signal 200 and a control signal 40 by control setting from the outside, and sends them to the sound recording part 3. In other words, a control part 4 outputs the signal 40 for operation or stoppage based on the signal 200. The picture and sound recording part 3 processes the signals 10 and 20 according to the signal 40. In such a way, it is possible to perform the picture recording or the sound recording of only a desired main text selectively.</p> |
