The polypropylene-base resin having a good impact strength, moldable flowability and coating property, is prepd. by heating at 170-280≦̸C the mixt. of (a) 65-95 wt.% crystalline ethylene propylene block copolymer with 7-30 wt.% ethylene and at least 65 wt.% insol. in boiling n-heptane; (b) 35-5 % ethylene propylene copolymer rubber with 10-34 % ethylene and Mooney viscosity M1+4 at 100≦̸C; (c) 2-25 % inorganic filler with particle size not above 6 m; and (d) 0.001-0.5 % organic peroxide.
