PURPOSE:To prevent a circuit block from malfunctioning due to the fluctuation of a power source or a ground potential by a method wherein a circuit constituted on a semiconductor substrate is divided into, at least, two circuit blocks, and the pads and the circuits of the power source or the ground are made independent by blocks. CONSTITUTION:An output transistor circuit 12 and another inner circuit 13 are constituted on a semiconductor substrate 11 in such a manner that they are considered to be divided into two blocks from the standpoint of a power source supply. The operating current of the circuit 12 flows through a power potential Vcc lead 22, a Vcc pad 14, the circuit 12, and a ground potential Vss outer lead 25; therefore, the potentials Vcc and Vss, supplied to the circuit 13, are prevented from fluctuating. The operating current of the circuits 13, when the circuit 12 is in operation, flows only through the lead 22, a Vcc pad 15, a Vss pad 17, and the lead 25, so that the potentials Vcc and Vss applied to the circuit 12 are prevented from varying and consequently the output signal of the circuit 12 is hardly distorted. |
