PURPOSE:To obtain a grooved marine fish-paste product, having novel texture and capable of sufficiently seasoning by forming cut grooves respectively on opposite wall parts at a prescribed interval. CONSTITUTION:Cut grooves 12 (preferably a mutually parallel shape with <=3mm depth and <=8mm interval) are respectively formed on opposite walls (A) and (B) of a marine fish-paste product 11 to afford the objective marine fish-paste product 11 improved in texture with a produced changed in taste. |
