<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the space that cooling water supply devices occupy by a method wherein cooling water supply devices are stacked up one upon the other and condensers are arranged on the side of a cooling water supply device. CONSTITUTION:In a cooling water supply system, provided with compressors 4, evaporators 3, and condensers 2 and designed for use with an LSI, cooling water supply devices are stacked up one upon the other. The cooling water supply device is provided with the condensers 2 on its side. Air is introduced into the cooling water supply device by blowers 5 in operation. The air is led, again by the blowers 5, into a duct-shaped path 6 through the intermediary of the condensers 2 arranged on the side nearer to the duct vacancy. Using this design, the space may be reduced that is occupied by cooling water supply devices.</p> |
