The method for assembling and dismantling a concrete frame includes pouring concrete, assembling an inner frame against an outer frame for forming a desired configuration, and dismantling the frame after pouring concrete. In the case of assembling, a wedge stopper is inserted by a force transfer device into a wedge groove. The wedge groove has a fan-shaped pattern between panel assembly, and forms a plane with the wedge stopper. In the case of dismantling, the assembly is loosed, the wedge stopper being moved at the upper rear position by a lift, the gap from the concrete face being generated by pulling the panel, the panel assebly being separatedly lifted along the forming face.
