A process for producing H-rich stream (HRS) comprises (a) recovering H-contd. vapor (HCV) and 1st liq. phase (FLP, composed of hydrocarbon (HC)) by passing a part of H and HC effluents (from catalytic HC conversion rxn. zone) through 1st vapor-liq. eq. sepn. zone(VLESZ), (b) inflowing HCV and HRS into an indirect heat exchanger (IHE), (c) inflowing 1-10 vol.% of FLP and 2nd liq. phase (SLP) into an IHE, (d) mixing a part of heat exchanged HCV and FLP, and cooling, (e) inflowing the mixt. into 2nd VLESZ to produce HRS and SLP, (f) indirect heat exchanging a part of HCV from (b) with HRS, and a part of FLP from (c) with SLP, and (g) recovering heat exchanged HRS. |
