<p>PURPOSE:To enable a work of being deburred without limitation of the weight thereof and if it has the considerably complex profile by polishing the object in trace of the deburred part thereon. CONSTITUTION:In advance of the deburring, a vertical articulated robot 1 is instructed to a deburring brush 14 for its following trace of the deburring part on a work (not illustrated). After a motor 4 and a blower 12 are driven, the deburring operation by the vertical articulated robot 1 is started to have the brush 14 keeping up with the trace of the deburring part on the work, whereby executing the deburring operation. Dust air containing dust generated during the deburring operation is vacuumed away by the suction air flow effecting from a blower 12 via an exhaust duct 8.</p> |
