PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles from generating or the surface finishing state of an insulator from decreasing by interposing a bleeder cloth which is surface lubricated between the insulator and a rubber bag, and pressurizing it. CONSTITUTION:A bleeder cloth 10 which is surface lubricated is interposed between an insulator 2 and a rubber bag 5, pressurized and heat treated. The cloth 10 is provided, for example, by coating both front and rear faces of woven fabric of synthetic fiber such as polyester or the like with Teflon of fluorine resin as lubricating to improve the lubrication of the surface of the fabric with air permeability. With the cloth 10 used as an intermediate layer the insulator 2 is pressurized by a rubber bag 5, heat treated while evacuating in vacuum it to allow the insulator 2 to stich to the inner peripheral face of a chamber 1. Then, the cloth 10 is peeled from the insulator 2. |
