PURPOSE:To make the thickness of a cushion layer uniform forming a cushion layer by slush molding on a solid layer disposed in a molding die, and further press holding a porous metal plate heated before the foaming of the cushion layer is completed. CONSTITUTION:Before the foaming of a cushion layer 2 is completed, a punched porous metal plate 3 which becomes a base material corresponding to the molding shape of a solid layer 1 and the layer 2 is heated n advance to a predetermined temperature by a heater 4, brought into pressure contact toward the layer 2 molded in an injection metal mold A, its pressing state is held by clamping means 5, and it is continuously heated by the heater 4. When the foaming of the layer 2 is completed, the means 5 is opened, and a molded piece 6 is removed from the mold. The thickness of the layer 2 of the molded piece 6 is uniformly molded in a gap between the layer 1 restricted by the molding face of the mold B and the plate 3 in the state that the foaming is completed. |
