PURPOSE:To enable the photosetting resin cured in a mold to be very easily taken out from the mold by the discharging force of pressurized gas by the provision of, a gas-discharging port for discharging pressurized gas in at least one of the stamper with information pattern and a flat plate. CONSTITUTION:A transparent mask 6 is stuck to one side of the transparent plate 3 in which a gas discharging port 5 discharging pressurized gas into center is provided, and the mold for molding the base for optical disk in which mold the transparent plate 3 and a stamper 1 are arranged, is produced. The tip of a resin-injecting nozzle 2 is fitted into the surface 9 of the information pattern of the stamper 1, and the photosetting resin 4 of acryl group and methacryl group is injected into the mold from the resin-injecting nozzle 2. The photosetting resin 4 is cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays from a source 7. The cured object of photosetting resin 4 is taken out from the stamper 1, and then air is fed to a gas-discharging nozzle 8, and the cured object is separated from the transparent plate 3, whereby the base 12 for optical disk is obtained. |
