<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently separate even comparatively small impurities by providing two flotation stages where special treatment is performed separately in a circle system for recycling used paper. CONSTITUTION: Two flotation stages are installed in the circle system for recycling used paper. At the first flotation stage, the treatment is carried out while generating a strongly turbulent flow by blowing 30-100 wt.% air based on the total weight of the suspension into it. At the second flotation stage, the flotation treatment is carried out without generating a turbulent flow while blowing >=30 wt.% air based on the total weight of the suspension into it.</p> |
